Erik brings over 25 years capital markets experience providing leadership and guidance on strategic initiatives to high growth organizations in financial technology and international trading.

Prior to Sterling Trading Tech, Erik worked with a variety of firms including Gelber Group, Deutsche Bank and Mako Trading managing teams in client services, trading operations and portfolio management. He joined Sterling in June 2019 to lead the client services team and to implement processes and procedures to help Sterling scale and manage growth.
