Todd previously served as the Director of Operations at ICE (Intercontinental Exchange) managing technology development and operations initiatives. Mr. Kenney holds over 20 years of industry experience in the financial technology industry with an emphasis on capital markets solutions.

Mr. Kenney’s expertise encompasses multi asset class trading platforms, order management, risk solutions, and alternative trading systems. Todd has successfully managed large and complex financial technology projects and he has worked in all aspects of the technology landscape including front office, middle office, clearing and messaging operations.

The industry shift in clients looking to trading technology firms to provide fully integrated, customizable front-back end solutions that include trading platforms, risk, compliance and trading infrastructure has allowed Sterling to grow significantly over the past year and expand its product offerings through internal development.
