From the Desk of Client Services: Pre- and Post-Market Updates

The Sterling Client Services team strives to provide the best customer service in the industry. We received a few inquiries surrounding viewing pre- and post-market updates.

Are you seeing your pre- and post-market updates?

We recently updated the front-end so that the following setting is being enforced:

If this setting is not checked, you will not see quote updates pre- and post-market. Given a significant move outside of the DAY session, this could cause profit and loss to be marked incorrectly.

If you’re seeing issues before or after the day session, please go to View – Settings – Quotes and ensure that this setting is in place.
